The Wayne County CEO Class of 2024/2025 spent last Wednesday, October 2nd with Marcie Johnson Caldwell, Branch Manager at FNB - Bean Capital Banking Center in Wayne City, Illinois. Marcie spent time discussing her experience in the banking industry, amassing almost 20 years of expertise. She also spoke with participants about their banking needs as it pertains to a business start up. She advised them on how to obtain apply for a tax id number as well as other financial and legal considerations of owning your own business. The group also discussed their ideas for their class business and Marcie encouraged them to reach out to a local business owner to answer some specific questions to their research needs.
