The Wayne County CEO Class kicked off their second week with Michelle Brooks, the director of the Small Business Development Center in Noble, Illinois. Michelle gave students a look at starting a small business in the state of Illinois. She provided many important resources and links for students as they begin considering their individual business for the year.

Michelle used her personal experiences with her start up businesses in Olney, Illinois, Daylight Donuts and HV's Food & Spirits.
